It’s so easy to default to a lifestyle where you

It’s so easy to default to a lifestyle where you only ask for “help” when you are desperate. I call these ‘Dear Universe’ moments. I would sit and listen to clients talk about how their life isn’t good, things seem so heavy and they’d follow up by telling me they are trying to ask the Universe for guidance. My question in response, “Do you always connect with the Universe?” Most of them would look me dead in the face and question that question. What I meant was simply – If you only call when you need something, how in the world is the Universe going to know what you really need and when you really need it. You have to be intentional with your connection. My daily practice is intentional. I intentionally connect with the Universe to conspire and create an amazing life. When things fall out of alignment, it’s easy for me to jump back into my daily spiritual connection and ask for guidance. When we commit to ease and grace while intentionally connecting daily, we create this friendship with the Universe, an understanding of who we are and what we need. Through this practice we become fully in alignment with our intuition. And through this alignment, our lives start living for us and not against us! Welcome to Reclaiming Your Intuition. It’s easy to default to the humanness of life. Through Reclaiming Your Intuition, we are going to welcome the space for your human and your spirit to reconnect, come together in alignment with each other and reclaim your intuition through this journey. Join me for a full day in-person workshop on Friday April 14th at Foxhollow Farm. We will start the morning in ceremony by surrendering to all the energy that needs to be released creating the space for all the alignment to take place throughout the day. As we journey throughout the day, we will lean deeper into understanding the connection between our physical body and spiritual body and how together our intuition speaks through both to guide us. Through a series of exercises we will practice this trust. My goal for you as you leave that day is to reclaim your intuition, your practice with the Universe and the ability to allow it to be your guide.

Last week I spent a short 36 hours in Texas with family! The trip started out by me going to watch my cousin in his first play since having a heart transplant last fall. The trip ended with a reminder the love is all around. Did you know, the human heart’s magnetic field can be measured several feet away from the body? When we start our day with the intention of love, throughout the day speak with the words of love and end each day by holding love for all the blessings and lessons you experienced, you begin to align with the frequency of love. Overtime this becomes natural and second nature to you. The expansion of LOVE starts to fully embrace your life. Your heart emits an electromagnetic field that changes as your emotions change. This is one of the many reasons others can pick up the quality of your emotions through the electromagnetic energy which is radiating from your heart. For those who are strongly connected to their heart chakra and intuition, often feel intense waves of emotions without you even having to speak. LOVE happens to be one of the foundational pieces to my practice as a spiritual medium.
