Sound Bath & Group Reiki

Join us for an evening of surrender to the frequency of crystal singing bowls while being blessed with group reiki! 

Hosted by Jenny Shanks and Beth Bersot, we extend a warm invitation to join us on the beautiful land of Foxhollow Farm for a one-hour relaxation session. Singing bowls are known to relax the mind and release emotional tension creating space for our inner feelings to be activated. This evening will be paired with a group reiki blessing by Reiki Master Beth Bersot to extend the beauty of surrendering.

The only intention we’ve set for this evening is this: For all who join us for this relaxing evening receive exactly what they need most during this season of life.

A meditation pillow and blanket will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, water and anything else that calls to you for comfort.
