Root and Rise

Root & Rise was created with the foundation that we must go down in order to go up. We must root in our foundation to grow. Through this 11-week virtual experience, we will peel back the layers of who you are and discover a deeper connection with yourself. Each week, we discover a new chakra and the connection to our intuition!
