What is a crystal healing session?
Your crystal healing session is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating re-alignment of energetic frequencies helping to remove emotional block (s), healing and spiritual growth. The crystals promote health via physical and energetic crystal entrainment. You?ll be fully clothed with minimal contact as we recognize crystals are powerful energetic tools. During your 50 minute session, we will focus on your 7 main chakras looking for any imbalances and using the crystals to entrain with your frequency, helping to bring balance.
